Every package includes an Australian-resident director appointed under section 201A, and the protections that keep them stable: a deed of access and indemnity, and D&O cover confirmed before appointment. What the price means

Our promises, in writing.

Other providers quote only after a call, charge separately for each ASIC form, or leave the director's protection for you to arrange. Our core package is 36% below the median published competitor price of A$7,034 ex GST (verified Oct 2026), and the routine work of keeping a company compliant is built into the annual fee, because our systems do most of it.

  • Government fees at cost. ASIC charges its own annual review fee and some lodgement fees. We pass these through at cost and show them on your invoice line by line.
  • Invoices match quotes. Issued when you accept the engagement and at each renewal, payable by card or bank transfer.
  • Who we may decline. We act only where our director can do the job properly. Companies in sanctioned jurisdictions, some high-risk sectors and structures we cannot verify are declined at the eligibility stage, before you pay anything.

5-day appointment promise

Director appointed and lodged with ASIC within 5 business days of completed KYC, or we credit 1/12 of your annual fee. Applies once all KYC is complete, the company has its ACN and any required Director ID steps are done, and ASIC systems are available; delays caused by ASIC or by missing client information don't count.

Fixed-price promise

Routine governance inside your package is never billed hourly.

No lock-in beyond your annual term

Your term is 12 months. Leave at renewal with no exit fee and an orderly handover: replacement director coordinated, resignation lodged, records delivered.

No unsolicited contact

We only send messages you've asked for or that your engagement needs: replies, invoices by email if you chose that, and the compliance reminders you switched on at onboarding. Anything else, including a risk notice, is personally approved by our CEO first. Marketing is opt-in only.
